Shipping & FAQ
We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 7 business days of receiving it. Beehive operates on a fixed cost postage price for each item, depending on size, weight and destination, which allows for slight currency fluctuations and the cost of processing and packaging orders for delivery.
Due to COVID-19, decreased funding, and USPS policy changes, we’ve been noticing shipping slowdowns in recent months and delays in updating tracking for some orders. Please keep this in mind, and be sure to contact us if you require expedited shipping.
If for any reason you should not receive your order in a reasonable time frame, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at (267) 223-9758, and we will do everything we can to either reimburse you or provide you with the same item(s) again.
We accept returns of damaged items only. Please send a message with photos of any damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide instructions on return and replacement.
We offer 50% off on most wholesale orders, with free domestic shipping in the United States for any order over $300. Minimum order quantities vary based on the product and the size of the order — contact us at email@example.com for more details.
For almost all of our books, we produce limited editions that come signed by the creator(s) and either numbered or lettered A-Z. Some of these include additional design features or other perks such as original art.
If you would like to purchase a limited edition that is not currently listed in our store, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title(s) you’re interested in, as we do have small numbers of some past limited editions still available.
Any customer who buys a signed & lettered edition can reserve a particular letter on a first-come, first-served basis. You can make a reservation by emailing us after your purchase is made. Let us know your top three choices, and we'll compare those to what's available and let you know what letter we're able to reserve for you!
We aren’t currently able to offer number reservations for our signed & numbered editions, though this may be a service we offer at some point in the future. We also don't currently offer ongoing rights to individual letters or numbers across different items, though that may change in the future as well.
